1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 444bdt website at https://444bdt.vip, creating a member account, or using any service offered by 444bdt — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, or any other gaming or wagering product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

Each individual member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 444bdt platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a 444bdt account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must keep your registration information updated at all times. 444bdt accepts no liability for failed communications or service interruptions resulting from outdated member information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 444bdt support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Currency

All 444bdt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. Where a payment partner processes transactions in a different currency, any applicable conversion fees are the responsibility of the member.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

444bdt supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi members. Accepted payment channels currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 444bdt reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and member account tier.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the member's account within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• 444bdt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• 444bdt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large or unusual deposits before crediting them to the member's account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is approved. 444bdt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending KYC documentation review.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within four (4) hours for mobile banking methods and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• 444bdt reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Transaction Fees

444bdt does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges. Members are responsible for any such charges levied by their chosen payment provider. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are also the member's responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

444bdt offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty incentives to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer on the 444bdt Promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to members who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, account verification status, or activity requirements.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") must be met in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• 444bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one active bonus may be held in a member account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple account exploitation, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided in full, along with any associated winnings. The offending account(s) will be subject to suspension or permanent closure.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the 444bdt platform is governed by the rules set out in this section, together with the sport-specific rules applicable to each market. By placing a bet on 444bdt, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the relevant rules.

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted only when the member has sufficient cleared funds in their account to cover the total stake. A bet is only confirmed and binding once the platform has issued a unique bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from the member's account balance. 444bdt reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, 444bdt's decision, informed by data from authorised data providers, will be final.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by 444bdt in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled, postponed beyond a specified threshold, or shortened due to adverse conditions; the market being settled in error; or evidence of suspicious betting activity. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the member's account balance.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Live odds change rapidly in response to in-game developments. 444bdt cannot guarantee the availability of live markets or the continuity of live data feeds. The platform reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel live markets at any time. Any bets placed during a data feed interruption that resulted in incorrect odds will be reviewed and may be voided.

7. Casino Game Rules

No content from the 444bdt platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 444bdt.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if 444bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

444bdt's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The platform makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of its services, the accuracy of odds data, or the availability of specific payment methods at any given time.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Member

Any cleared balance remaining at the time of closure, after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.2 Termination by 444bdt

444bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice if the member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, if 444bdt is required to do so by law or regulatory authority, or if the platform determines — in its sole discretion — that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, its members, or the integrity of its gaming products.
